In-Depth Technique Analysis
Perfecting your technique is the key to lifting bigger, safer, and more efficiently. My coaching includes comprehensive video analysis to identify even the smallest technical breakdowns in your squat, bench press, and deadlift. Through detailed feedback and step-by-step corrections, we’ll refine your movement patterns to maximise strength output and reduce injury risk. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced lifter, my goal is to ensure every rep counts and brings you closer to your full potential.

High Contact Communication
Clear and consistent communication is at the heart of effective coaching. With my coaching, you’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp for ongoing support, questions, and feedback whenever you need it. We’ll also have a dedicated monthly call to discuss your progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments to your programming. This ensures that no matter what obstacles come up, you’re always supported and on track to achieve your goals.

Competition Day Handling
Competition day handling ensures everything runs smoothly, from selecting suitable attempts to optimising your warm-up timing and managing nerves. With my experience at local, national, and international competitions, I’ll be in your corner to make strategic decisions, keep you focused, and adjust on the fly to maximise your total. All you need to do is focus on lifting – I’ll handle the rest.
